About ICA

ICA business is carried out by a National Executive Committee made up of annually elected
officers working on a voluntary basis.
The Institute maintains three sub-committees - on training, events and publications.

The Institute strives to achieve its aim by the development and provision of training,
information sharing, facilitating networking between consumer advisers, campaigning
and lobbying work.

ICA is a member of the National Consumer Council's Consumer Protection Forum
and Responsible Production and Consumption Forum.
